Our form-fill-seal equipment works with most form-fill-seal film.
CRYOVAC® brand form-fill-seal systems provide high-speed versatility for packaging liquid food products in a flexible film pouch. These machines are designed to facilitate fast and easy changeover of food products and packaging formats, as well as deliver a wide range of packaging options for hot and cold foods, including those with particulates.
- Quick and easy film roll changeout; quick and easy product changeovers

- Automated insertion of dispensing accessories is available on selected models

CRYOVAC® brand vertical form-fill-seal systems offer one- or two-part filling that is used when combining solids and liquids into pouches. These machines offer industry-leading versatility and flexibility through a range of equipment models that allow your choice of fill type, pouch size, line integration accessories and required throughput.
CRYOVAC® Brand 308A CE Vertical Form-Fill-Seal System
An entry-level machine with a small footprint and big efficiency. The CRYOVAC® brand 308A CE form-fill-seal system packs pumpable and solid foods with one or two part fill modes. Extend shelf life by creating headspace free hermetically sealed packs.

CRYOVAC® brand 308A CE vertical form-fill-seal system
The CRYOVAC® brand 308A CE vertical form-fill-seal system is an entry-level machine with a small footprint that delivers efficiency and versatility for food processors. With one and two-part fill modes, this solution packs a range of pumpable and solid foods. The equipment's unique pressure pad and squeeze roller system help extend shelf life by creating headspace-free, hermetically sealed packs.
- Quick and easy changeover for film rolls and products

- PLC control with LCD touch screen that stores up to 10 programs
- Constructed with 304 stainless steel and anodised aluminium for resistance to corrosive environments often found in food production and packaging rooms
- Small footprint for versatility in production operations
- 1- or 2-product fill modes for pumpable liquids with or without particulate, including liquids only, solids, or liquids and solids
- Printed film registration capability
- System model dimensions vary depending on accessories
- Package sizes from 200 ml to 2 l
- Up to 28 packs per minute (depending on product and pack size)
- Fill cold or hot products up to 95C
- For use with particulates up to 6 mm
- 3 tooling sizes (230 mm/350 mm/420 mm) for optimal product ranges
- Diagonal seal kit available for 230 mm tooling
